Works is progressing at various stage. Contracts has been awarded.
Block F Svc Apt (Co incidentally also the block where the Chairman units is located)

Over the last 3 weeks the committee has been busy with trying to put in place measures to protect the interest of the purchasers. We are concern that the progress billing that purchasers will be receiving soon will used substantially for the purpose of OTHER than paying the contractors that is constructing the the buildings.
We tried approaching the gentle manner by discussing with DB, the Bond Holders trustees but to no avail. We then visited JPN (KPKT) and officially seek them to request them to control the HDA account via Article 11, Section V Article 118 and appoint a verifier that is acceptable to the committee.
To date, this matter has been escalated to PM office, Minister of Housing, KSN and JPN. The JPN officers has been reactive by visiting the site and had several meetings with the developer, consultant and state government. JPN officers including the KSU visited the site today.
JPN is expected to revert back to us very very soon.
To ensure that purchasers demand are met, we the committee advice the purchasers to stay united and do not pay the developer until otherwise advice.
