Update 12 Jan 2012 – Minister, Dato Noh Omar Visit and Key handover ceremony

Dear all purchasers

We need to continue to apply the relevant political pressure as we want to ensure that the developer commit its dateline of delivery of the houses.  We need the support from all political network to support our cause. Therefore we have invited Dato Noh Omar to officiate the handing over of the keys to Block A (and if permissible block D and E) in appreciation of his assistance in raising the issue of UKB in the cabinet .

During the program, VICTIMS (Ukay Bistari) will update all purchasers on the latest status of the project. Therefore we want ALL purchasers to attend this event. We will update the purchasers related to issues of construction, maintenance fee and deposit for water and electricity as well as the need to have a JMB to take control of the maintenance.

The details of the program would be as follows

Time : 500pm ( Minister expected to arrive at about 500pm as he has prior engagement at Kajang)

Attendance compulsory

Dress Code: Orange colored T-shirt/ Victims T-shirt
